Obtenir les articles d’un utilisateur par page

Fetch one page of X Articles by screen_name. Requires only a TwexAPI Bearer key. The request body is optional; omitted or null count defaults to 20, and integer values are clamped to 1–20. Pass next_cursor from the previous response to continue. The current implementation returns a continuation cursor only when at least count articles were parsed and the upstream supplied a cursor; a short or empty page therefore ends pagination. A missing user or exhausted result quota returns an empty page.
