按 screen_name 获取一页 X 文章，仅需 TwexAPI Bearer API Key。请求体可省略；count 省略或为 null 时使用 20，整数会被限制到 1–20。继续分页时原样传入 next_cursor。当前实现仅在解析文章数达到 count 且上游提供游标时返回下一页游标，因此不足一页或空页会结束分页。用户不存在或结果额度耗尽时返回空页。
