Scan recent tweets by screen_name and return only this author’s non-retweet posts explicitly marked is_paid_promotion=true. Scans up to max_pages search pages (up to 20 tweets requested per page), subject to available quota. This is a bounded scan, not a complete historical export or inferred sponsorship detection. An empty data array can still have has_next_page=true; continue with next_cursor. Missing disclosure flags are excluded and counted in disclosure_unknown_count. No X cookie is required.
